The Great British Bedtime Report

The Great British Bedtime Report

Last updated: 31.10.2023

Back in 2013, the Sleep Council surveyed over 5000 Brits to provide an overview of British sleeping habits.

The efforts were repeated in a 2017 report. 📝

But since the Sleep Council has since closed down, we wanted to make sure you can still access these past studies.

After all, there's nothing more interesting than getting to the roots of our sleeping habits!

So, here it is, the Great British Bedtime Report. 🇬🇧😴

Let's get to it.
