DreamCloud bedding composition
DreamCloud is best known for its DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid mattress. ✨
But how does DreamCloud bedding match up?
Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the high-quality materials used in DreamCloud bedding.
The DreamCloud bedding comes as a complete set for your bed.
This includes:
- A fitted sheet
- A duvet cover
- 2 pillowcases
The bedding set is made from 300-thread cotton sateen, creating a soft and luxurious feel. 👑
But how was it to sleep on?
What does sleeping on DreamCloud bedding feel like?
We tested the DreamCloud bedding for several weeks to ensure it lived up to its materials. 👀
Our Sleep Hero kitty found the DreamCloud bedding cosy enough to sleep on!
But what did we “humans” make of the DreamCloud bedding? 🤔
Firstly, we noticed it felt soft and high-quality, unlike the cheap synthetic bedding we have used in the past.
The sheets felt soft and delicate on our sensitive skin and didn’t have that rough feel like some other bedding.
We felt reasonably cooler sleeping on this cotton bedding, likely due to cotton's breathable fibres and moisture-wicking properties. 💦
This makes DreamCloud bedding an excellent choice for hot sleepers or those with a memory foam mattress.
Memory foam typically retains heat, so these types of mattresses are best used with breathable bedding such as DreamCloud bedding.
Another positive we noticed is that the sheets felt cleaner for longer, meaning they didn’t have to be washed as frequently as other sheets.
This is likely due to the natural moisture-wicking properties of the cotton material.
However, as the DreamCloud bedding set is white, stains show up easily, so be wary if you have pets (or kids with sticky fingers!) on the bed. 🍭
DreamCloud bedding design
But what did we make of the overall design of this bedding? 🕵️
The DreamCloud bedding set is pure white and has that clean “hotel look”, making it a great option for guest bedrooms.
The fitted sheet made it easy to dress the bed by simply pulling the elasticated corners over the edge of the corners of the mattress.
We were pleased to see that the DreamCloud bedding set fit easily over our extra deep DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid mattress.
The DreamCloud duvet cover has buttons so you can safely secure the duvet.
However, the buttons were a bit fiddly and time-consuming. 🥱
We prefer buttons that can snap into place, although this was a very minor inconvenience!
We also noticed the DreamCloud pillowcases were very spacious.
If you have a pair of thick pillows, like our DreamCloud pillows, you can be assured that these pillowcases will have plenty of room for them.
However, be aware that darker colours show through the pillowcases, such as the Simba pillow or Panda pillow, which have dark details on the pillow design.
We'd recommend pairing these pillowcases with all-white pillows or using a pillow protector alongside the pillowcase. ✅
DreamCloud bedding washing instructions
Did you know 30% of the UK [1] public wash their bedding just once a year?
Pretty gross, right? 🤢
Especially when you consider how easy it is to wash DreamCloud bedding.
How to wash DreamCloud bedding
DreamCloud bedding can be washed in the washing machine at 40°C on a gentle cycle. 🧼
You can also tumble dry your DreamCloud bedding at a low temperature.
We recommend washing with other light bedding and not mixing it with dark colours to ensure the bedding keeps its white colour.
We found that our DreamCloud bedding creased easily, even after being hung to dry immediately after a wash. ☂️
You’ll likely have to iron these cotton sheets often (at no more than 150°C), so they’re not ideal for those looking for a low maintenance set.
However, the bedding does smooth out on the bed after a few days.
We also recommend using the Dreamcloud sheets with the DreamCloud mattress protector.
This fully waterproof protector will ensure your mattress is safe from moisture, bacteria and accidents.
DreamCloud bedding sizes
DreamCloud sheets come in standard UK sizes.
These include:
- DreamCloud sheet single: 90 x 190 cm (35.4 x 74.8 inches)
- DreamCloud sheet small double: 120 x 190 cm (47.2 x 74.8 inches)
- DreamCloud sheet double: 135 x 190 cm (53.1 x 74.8 inches)
- DreamCloud sheet king size: 150 x 200 cm (19.6 x 78.7 inches)
- DreamCloud sheet super king size: 180 x 200 cm (70.8 x 78.7 inches)
DreamCloud duvets also follow standard UK duvet sizes.
Take a look at the size chart below for duvets:
DreamCloud pillowcases measure 50 x 70 x 15 cm (19.6 x 27.5 x 5.9 inches).
We used extra thick DreamCloud pillows with the DreamCloud pillowcases.
There was plenty of space, so you could even double up your pillowcases with two low-loft pillows in one.
Why not complete your set with a DreamCloud pillow pair?

DreamCloud bedding prices
DreamCloud bedding is high-quality and, therefore, not the cheapest bedding available. 💰
The DreamCloud bedding set is priced at £69 - £150, depending on your size.
We think this price is fairly reasonable considering that a sheet, 2 pillowcases, and a duvet cover are included in the set.
We compared the price to other 300-thread cotton bedding available in the UK. ⚖️
Overall, we found that most sets only included a duvet cover and pillowcases, with sheets having to be bought separately.
The Simba Performance bedding, for example, is made with 200-thread count cotton and starts at £65, including just a duvet cover and pillowcase.
Therefore, we would rate the DreamCloud bedding as excellent value for money. ✅
It's also much better quality than IKEA bedding or other low-budget options!

DreamCloud bedding delivery and returns
Our DreamCloud products came with fast and free delivery, arriving by DPD just a few days after ordering.
We were given a time slot on the day of delivery, making the process seamless and easy.
The DreamCloud bedding was delivered in a cardboard box with our DreamCloud duvet and DreamCloud mattress protector. 📦
We were pleased that DreamCloud saved unnecessary packaging by keeping these items altogether.
The DreamCloud bedding was neatly folded.
However, we found this caused the bedding to be creased, and ironing out these deep creases wasn't easy.
We also recommend washing your DreamCloud bedding after you unbox it, as the materials were much softer after a wash. ☁️
DreamCloud bedding return policy
DreamCloud bedding also comes with a 30-day return policy but no sleep trial. 👎
The DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid mattress includes a 365-night trial. 🤞
But we are yet to see a trial on DreamCloud bedding and accessories.
However, you can return the items unopened within 30 days for a full refund. 💰
DreamCloud bedding guarantee
Whilst the DreamCloud bedding does not come with a sleep trial, it does include a 2-year warranty.
This protects you against manufacturing faults such as seams coming apart, pilling, or any other material fault that you do not cause.
If you find a fault, you should contact the DreamCloud customer service team, who will be able to arrange a replacement. ✔️
However, this guarantee is not quite as impressive as the DreamCloud mattress's "Forever Warranty".
The DreamCloud Luxury Hybrid mattress is guaranteed against faults for a lifetime, making it stand out against most competitors.

Should I buy DreamCloud bedding?
A DreamCloud bedding set is a fantastic option for those looking for a high-quality item with excellent value for money. 🙌
DreamCloud bedding is great for:
- Hot/sweaty sleepers
- Those with sensitive skin
- Guest bedrooms
- Those with deep mattresses or pillows
However, if you have kids or pets on the bed, you may want to avoid white sheets.
DreamCloud cotton sheets also crease easily and the duvet cover has fiddly buttons, so they aren’t the most low maintenance.
There are plenty of cheaper alternatives available too.
