What does sleeping on the Otty pillow feel like?
Since both Otty pillows are made of memory foam, they’re meant to feel incredibly supportive and comfortable.

The Otty Deluxe Pure pillow is a little firmer and more supportive, so it's the one to choose if you’re looking for something stable.
The Otty Adjustable pillow, however, is a little softer and plusher, but it also offers some customisation opportunities.
- If you want your pillow firmer and a tad more supportive, you can simply leave all the memory foam pieces in.
- But if you want something a little softer, you can remove some of the filling to create a softer pillow with a lower loft.
It is worth noting, though, that the Otty Deluxe Pure pillow has layered filling, and the Otty Adjustable pillow has shredded filling.
This suggests that the Deluxe Pure will feel more like what you’d expect from a chunky memory foam pillow, while the Adjustable pillow will feel slightly more like a traditional microfibre, down, or feather pillow.
What size is the Otty pillow?
Both Otty pillows are approximately 60 x 40 cm (23.6 x 15.7 inches), but their heights differ greatly.
- The Otty Deluxe Pure pillow is available in one standard height of 10 cm (3.9 inches). This is a good medium loft that would be suited to most sleepers.
- The Otty Adjustable pillow's maximum height is 25 cm (which is extremely high), but you can remove foam cubes to lower the loft.
It’s worth noting, as well, that the Deluxe Pure pillow may contour around your head, but it’s unlikely to compress significantly, while the Adjustable pillow, with its shredded filling, is more likely to compress.
This is why you need a higher starting loft for similar support and firmness.
What does the Otty pillow cost?
Otty pillows are not cheap, but they do offer excellent value for money.

The Otty Adjustable Pillow may be a better option since it's customisable and you'd be able to play around with the height and firmness to find the option that suits you best. We'd also recommend looking into a body pillow - something like the Simba Body pillow - to offer additional support.
